  1. All applications must be from persons over the age of 16.
  2. The Raffle will be drawn electronically on the 1st April 2011.
  3. The Winners will be notified by email by the 31 April 2011.
  4. The cost of each Ticket is £1 for 1 chance, however the minimum purchase is 10 for 10 chances. Players may purchase ten or more tickets, and payment must be in advance.
  5. All monies raised goes to comic relief, registered charity 326568 (England / Wales); SCO39730 Scotland, with the exception of fees charged by third parties (i.e. Paypal)
  6. The promoter may reject any application without giving a reason at their absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.
  7. Prizes for the Design 101 'Big red raffle 2011' are on the design101 (www.design101.co.uk) website. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable.
  8. The promoter reserve the right to exchange prizes where they become unavailable.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name for promotional purposes.
  10. The promoter is not responsible for any delays in bank payments.
  11. No liability is accepted by the Design101 limited for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
  12. The promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the Raffle scheme.
  13. The promoter's decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
  14. The promoter has the right to change or update the rules at their discretion.

  16. In the event that this event raises more that £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) any monies over that amount will be refunded, however the participants will still be included in the draw.
